Counsel found the case interesting. Here the defendant had been pushed out of his own residence by a woman that would not relinquish possession. Upon contact with her at his vehicle she entered the vehicle illegally and assaulted him. Later entering his residence she physically sought to attack him. Upon asserting self defense and having been attacked, the defendant was arrested.
