This matter was tried by a jury approximately one year ago. The verdict returned a verdict of guilty and the matter is currently on appeal for alleged numerous evidentiary errors by the court and State. The defense awaits a reversal of this case.  It is wise to keep in mind some crimes are so offensive by their nature, that verdicts must be attacked post trial on errors of the State and court.  Counsel anticipates a reversal.
